At Armónica Sanación we value your trust. This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have over it, in line with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.
Data controller
Armónica Sanación, operating in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, is responsible for processing your personal data.
What we collect
We only collect the data you give us when you contact us: your name, email, phone number and the content of the messages you send through the contact form or WhatsApp. We may also record basic technical browsing data so the site works.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, coordinate and schedule sessions, and send you the information you request. We do not use it for third-party advertising and we never sell it.
Consent
The contact form asks you to tick a box before sending, so that your consent is explicit. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp instead, sending the message implies acceptance of the processing described here.
Who we share it with
We do not share or sell your personal data. We rely on a few providers that process it on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy: EmailJS delivers the contact form to our inbox, WhatsApp (Meta) and email (Google) carry our conversations, Cloudflare hosts the site, and Behold displays our public Instagram posts. Nobody else receives your data.
Retention
We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your data. To exercise them, reach us through the contact details below.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies at all. It uses browser local storage minimally to remember your preferences, such as your chosen language. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without building any profile of you.

We may update this notice occasionally. The "last updated" date shows the current version. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
