My name is Elisa D'Ambrosio, I'm Italian, and over 15 years ago I chose Costa Rica as my home. I've always been fascinated by the human body and the importance of taking care of our physical health. This passion led me to study Physical Education, and over time, I came to understand that the body is not just a physical structure — it is also a channel of energy that deserves to be listened to, cared for, and honored.
This realization marked the beginning of a deeper journey that brought me closer to yoga, sound therapy, and holistic healing. In each of these practices, I discovered powerful tools to nurture holistic well-being — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — both in my own life and in the lives of those I support.
