My name is Elisa D'Ambrosio, I'm Italian, and over 15 years ago I chose Costa Rica as my home. I've always been fascinated by the human body and the importance of taking care of our physical health. Over time, I came to understand that the body is not just a physical structure — it is also a channel of energy that deserves to be listened to, cared for, and honored.
